Tinned copper clad aluminum magnesium wire

Tinned CCAM wire (TCCAM) and tinned cca wire (TCCA) are an new kind of shielding material  which has Copper Clad Aluminum wire and Copper Clad Aluminum Magnesium alloy wire as inner conductor and tin-Coating as outside layer. Its electrical and mechanical properties is between that of copper wire and aluminum alloy wire. TCCA and TCCAM combines good conductivity of copper wire, light weight and good shielding of aluminum alloy wire

Manufacture Scope:

  • 0.12MM~0.60MM

Characteristics:

Compared with tinned copper wire, the length of tinned CCA (tinned ccam) wire is 2.5times that of copper wire when their diameters and weight are equal. So light weight and saving cost is tcca’s (tccam’s)  advantage. Compared with aluminum alloy wire, tcca (tccam) wire has good solderability, special trement are not needed as aluminum alloy wire combines good conductivity of copper wire, light weight and good shielding of aluminum alloy wire

Application:

  1. Shielding layer of coaxial cable, signal cable;
  2. Other kind of braiding instead of aluminum alloy wire
